CNC WIRE-CUT (WIRE EROSION)

For wire-cut machines, KANZEN has 2 units of Makino U-32K (Travel - 370mm x 270mm x 220mm by 35mm x 35mm), a Sodick AQ325L (Travel - 355mm x 250mm x 228 mm by 78mm x 78mm) and a Sodick AQ537L (Travel - 570mm x 370mm x 350mm by 120mm x 120mm). Wire diameter used ranges from 0.10mm to 0.20mm. Wire auto-threading is available and comes in handy during overnight machining.

It is also capable for 4 axis cutting and application is supported by EHCAM and BRISCAD software. Accuracy achievable is 0.002mm.

Super drill machines are used for spark eroding wire start holes from diameters 0.10mm to 3.00mm holes.
