There are 2 units of Sodick AM3L [4-ATC] (Travel - 305mm x 203mm x 254mm), 1 unit of Sodick AD3L (Travel - 300mm x 250mm x 250mm) and 1 unit of manual machine (Travel - 400mm x 300mm x 185mm).

At KANZEN, not a thought is spared when selecting and investing in the most viable electrodes holding system and is seriously look into at all levels. All electrode holder are EROWA system that guarantees high accuracy, repeatability and reliability from each pre-machining station to another till final EDM machining.

Surface finishes achievable from the CNC EDMs are 2.2Rmax.
